Geneva Mortgage was incorporated in 1989, representing 16 years of experience in mortgage banking. As a banker, rather than a broker, we process, underwrite and close all of our loans in-house with our own staff. As such, we can be more flexible and customize solutions to our borrower's real needs.

Our operational staff have an average 10 years experience in mortgage lending, from the loan officer who serves as your principal point of contact, to the closer who works with the attorney or title company to ensure all of your final documentation is timely and accurate.
