The founder and principal of the Okomski Law Firm is a Seattle area attorney with a special interest in the legal issues and needs of those affected by injury and disability. Andrea's most recent work in the community is on behalf of traumatic brain injury survivors and was inspired by her son who suffered a brain injury as a teenager. Her advocacy and passion led to the creation of the first day service vocational program specifically for survivors of traumatic brain injury in Washington State, the Seattle BrainWorks Clubhouse.<br><br>Andrea earned her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Washington. Andrea has worked with several local firms in family practice and employment law, and prior to her legal career owned a Pike Place Market Arts business and worked with its Public Development Authority to protect the well-being of individuals and businesses in the Market. She currently serves on the Washington State Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council.
